We're just two brothers who love fishing, Nantucket, and real estate. Since our first investment in a multifamily home on Nantucket in 2013 we've focused on finding off-market properties that we can make immediate improvements to in order to increase rental income. Although our love for real estate started in the Cape and the Islands we've recently expanded our view to other markets in which we can locate cash flow positive properties that can provide stable returns for investors.
